Welcome mail after login through facebook or google

I have configured sending a welcome mail when an user signs up using email id and password. But How can i send a welcome mail when the user logs in through facebook or Google+. Is there anyway I can achieve that. This is important as I want to send some critical information in the welcome mail. Thanks, Amit Kumar
