Woo commerce pay pal template problem

I want to add paypal to woo commerce but it is telling me that wplms/woocommerce/cart/cart.php3.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.7.0 I am running the most recent 3.9.5 wplms theme How do I resolve this? Also there is an x next to child theme and says If you are modifying WooCommerce on a parent theme that you did not build personally we recommend using a child theme. How do I do this?
