SpectatorHi, My wp-admin dashbaord is temporarily not accessible. It loads for a very very long time and then different things can happen: * error 404 * error 500 I have not installed new plugins and the "non-wp-admin" part of the website usually works fine. Could it be due to an update issue of wplms? If you have any idea of the reason why this happens, please keep me informed. ThanksSeptember 25, 2017 at 12:07 pm #129990Louis

KeymasterUsing caching techniques like memcached, opcache on server side might improve some speed .
Also try switching to php version 7.0 (not 7.1 ,its unstable and is not compatible with theme ) .Also follow this caching tip : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/
Deactivate plugins that you dont feel necessary
Please also try disabling touch points if you have enabled them from wp-admin -> lms -> setitngs -> touch points . Please make sure that your server has atleast this much configuration (contact webhost):WP Memory Limit: 128 Mb
WP Max Upload Size: 32 MB
PHP Post Max Size: 32 MB
PHP Time Limit: 240
PHP Max Input Vars: 1000

SpectatorHi, This is not about cache and speed: the wp-admin page is completely unreachable, no matter how long I wait. After a long time it ends throwing an error 500. I have not configured any touch point. My server has the required configuration. Since the /wp-admin/ is not accessible, I can't deactivate plugins. I found this blog post (https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/3cabwq/admin_dashboard_not_loading/), which seems to have exactly the same characteristics that I do: "I cannot load the admin dashboard of my wordpress site. I can get to /wp-admin and enter my credentials but after that the site keeps loading forever, although the installed wordfence plug-in sends me an email that an admin has logged onto the site. The website is working as usual and even shows that I am logged in but when I try to open /wp-admin nothing happens. I didn't update any plug-ins so there shouldn't be any issues with that." One ansswer to that: "Take a look at the Kleo support forum and you'll see lots of other people having the same problem. http://seventhqueen.com/support/forums/forum/kleo/kleo-general-questions If you change the name of the old theme on your server WP will fail to find it and default back to a standard theme. You will then have access to your dashboard. Though obviously until you upload the new version of Kleo your site will look different so you may want to combine all of this into as few steps as possible." Would you recommend to proceed like this? Thanks for your help, this issue is rather crippling.September 26, 2017 at 1:00 pm #130112Anshuman Sahu

KeymasterNot able to login at the moment. http://prntscr.com/gqajdz Can you please login via cPAnel and delete your .htaccess file in root folder of your site. After that reopen your site and it would rebuild the .htaccess file.September 27, 2017 at 11:32 am #130210Louis

SpectatorHi, I've added manually a .htaccess file in the root folder and now the wp-admin is accessible. BUT the website is completely broken everywhere else. I think you are responsible for it (only since I deactivated the envato market plugin, I get 404), so please answer me. I gave you all the info you asked so now please fix this or let me know how to do so. Thanks.September 27, 2017 at 2:47 pm #130254MrVibe
