Hi,
We paid support from your listing on ThemeForest. We have two WPLMS licenses since 2015.
We upgraded our legacy WPLMS earlier and then from 4.1 to 4.4 version with WordPress at 5.9.3, Woocommerce at 6.4.1 and PHP at 7.0. It was earlier upgraded to the 4.1 version I guess. LMS Site is running fine except few issues that need to be addressed.
PHP versions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 8.x are throwing critical error for WordPress Admin site making it non-functional. We are paying extra /month to keep the site running on an older outdated PHP version. We removed the outdated plugins as per your one video. Need help on this one.
I posted the 2nd issue regarding the ‘Start Course’ at this link earlier.

also let us know where the site is crashing as I didn’t found any fatal error on the siteHi dear support. Today we bought WPLMS and after installing it we faced with critical error just after installing. https://prnt.sc/gUcnxEGXJB8a
You can deactivate the revolution slider .Its not necessary if you are not using it .
The profile page is setup but many scripts are not loading properly and is returning 403 status from server which means server blocking access to the scripts .
https://prnt.sc/CRb8Fr1tNA9fIt could be possible that file permissions are not correct for these files .
Yes, I deactivated the ‘revolution slider’ plugin earlier. What are the correct permissions that I need to setup? We didn’t change those!
Side question but related to this issue:
I’ve set up a new LMSDev site with PHP 8.1, WPLMS 4.4 and the latest version of WP and woocommerce. What are the things I can migrate or manually copy over from this site into the new LMSDev site I have? I’m wondering if that might be easy route for us to setup LMS with new features from scratch and then only copy over our courses / contents related to courses.Well correct file permission should be for file should be 644 and for folder 755 .
Well if you do not intend to migrate the user courses and thier progress then csv upload is good idea : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bulk-importexport-wplms-via-csv/
