I have WPLMS big blue button activated in the plugins, but I don't know how to set it up. Can you please guide me?

I checked the link but they mostly take about creating a course then embedding a meeting field there but I don't want that. I want the meetings to be private with individuals so once a user books the instructor, the instructor can send him a link to the meeting. How can I do that?
