    Hello Mr. Vibe and team, People trying to register in our website receive the link for confirmation, they click on it, they receive an email saying they were registered successfully, but they actually they are held on "pending users" and can not login. We are getting via the admin email the following error:
    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: Remote-MTA: dns; outbound.mailspamprotection.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 This message has been reported as spam by other users.
    Please check below additional details let us know how can we fix the issue :) PS: apart from updating WPLMS we didn't touch on any plugin or settings relating to email.

    Hi, Well this is something not related to code . The registration email is sent by buddypress plugin and it is doing the job the to send email from its end. The issue is related to your smtp server now ,its failing to deliver the email . Please contact your webhost on this .

    1. goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails -> email options -> click on edit activation email .
    2 . well, this is done by email clients like yahoo, Gmail and their spambots .there is some criteria and I do not have much knowledge about this .you have to google on this.   3.1 : please refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/migrate-all-the-wplms-emails-to-buddypress-again/ for bp emails :please goto wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> re-install email templates.

    Please disregard the latest version 2.2 thing . @maximus was wrong , you have the latest version of theme and plugins . but please understand here that we cannot do anything in this , the buddypress code is doing its job to add the email in sending queue , but its the server's issue that it is not sending the email to the user's end . Please try using this plugin to send the emails : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/ use a different smtp server to resolve this .   To get the original activation email content please  goto wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> re-install email templates. refer : http://prntscr.com/nj4d8r
