Can you explain what the HELPDESK plugin is. Is it for a helpdesk system for us to offer to our students. If so how do we create a page etc. Is there some documentation available?

hi, help desk plugin is just like ticket creating function just like our support if users have any issue they create a topic and we post replies on the same it's just the same with some more functions

Got it - so essentially it is the forums not a helpdesk system as such

Forums and helpdesk are actually same thing because in both you ask your queries and the person who knows the answer will reply you there

Got it- can I change the heading HelpDesk to Forums, how?
