I ordered WPLMS but can't even begin working with since I can't log in to my WPLMS account. It says the password is incorrect but I'm sure it's not. I tried to create a new password but never got a link in my e-mail (trash checked). What can I do to get in?

hi Please try enabling the wplms html email and the save email template.Set activation account email and then forgot password email and then check the issue. refer: http://prntscr.com/bd0f75 also, try to login in wp-admin section

Just tell me how to get my money back please. I tried to request a refund but the system claims I don't have any refundable purchases. This is bullshit since I ordered this product five days ago and haven't been able to even try it yet.
