the issue is still not solved. it is very critical issue for our institution as our exams start in 1 week.

to reproduce it: error still remains when :
- We save a question
- We delete the current answer on a question and choose another one
- We click in “finish” instead of “submit”
- We close the quiz tab and acces to him again ( Even with this, the quiz is still working and all questions are saved, so you just have to continue )

The combinations of these factor triggers the error. Im not sure which one of them do this, so please check this out on every situations based on the variables i gave you and im sure you’ll find the problem and give it a proper solutions. Thank you !

I would suggest you to clear the caches and also change service worker version from wp-admin-> vibebp-> settings -> service worker (if enabled) then regenerate service worker .
Also I have checked that you have not updated the wplms plugin latest versio is 1.8.8 and on your site its 1.8.7

It is strage because I have normally access to my wp-admin.
I do not use service worker.
the update for 1.8.8 is not available for me. I confirm that I still have 1.8.7 wplms version. the update is not displayed in my update plugin screen.
