the cause of this was a degraded version of plugins
updating the plugins on your site right now.
as i have mentioned before through
FTP it causes error so i tried with file manager
but it returned the php error so again uploading them through FTP

the plugins are not up to date but the issue still persists
transients are not working in your site, this seems like a third party plugin conflict. Checking and will update which one is causing this.
