    Last fix: $certificate_pdf = $wpdb->get_var("SELECT ID FROM {$wpdb->posts} WHERE guid='/".$course_id."_".$user_id.".pdf'");

    Dear, we have fixed it in pdf certificate version 1.10. we have made it on username because of the username is unique in this matter.
