Absolutely, everything solved!!
Hi Keymaster,
I thought I searched all possible settings and overlooked a big tab named Touch Points? Damn...I need some glasses! ;-))
Thank you!
Hi Mr.Vibe,
In case of paid courses, I think the buyer has to pay. When you decide to unsubscribe a paid course, you still have to pay the money in my opinion.
But, this is different for free courses. Our students may only subscribe to one free course for a period of 3 months. We now have some experience the last months. Unfortunately it isn't possible to use a function where they can only subscribe to X-amount of free courses at the same time (in our case 1 - when you could implement this option in a future update, that would be awesome bye the way!!!!).
So, now we give the students restrictions that they may only subscribe to 1 course. But, there're alway some students who subscribe to more than 1 course. Now, we have to unsubscribe every student manually and often even don't recognize it in the first place. Therefore it would be also great if students could unsubscribe themselves..... (Our students are between 12-16 years old)
I want an 'unsubscribe' button or link for students as well! That would be great. Is there a possibility to create such button?
Many thanks!!
Hi mfyigit,
I looked at your homepage and see that I had exactly the same thing! This problem was suddenly there. I only changed some text, and in my case the revolutionslider disappeared. Thinking "Good that I've saved templates!'...Not. The templates didn't work out and messed up more. Also I could'nt activate an older version of the page. Putting back the revolutionslider I got the same as you have. :-(
I restored everything (backup) and thankfully my page was normal again. After this happened, the problem was gone. No idea what this was all about... (After that, other problems started which I solved deactivating some cachingsettings.) Maybe you can restore your site first?
Unfortunately, I had sort of the same problem after the update. Suddenly my homepage messed up. I don't know if it would help you, but my problems after the latest update was with a caching plugin. I've to disable some settings. Unfortunately I can't use all the settings anymore.... but for now the homepage works fine again.
Maybe it's not the solution to your problem. But I want to share this because I spended hours to figure it out.
Good luck!

I don't use google drive. I use Microsoft Excel. In my opinion it has to work at least with Excel. Don't you agree?
But although I don't want to use google drive, I tried to open the file with it, just to see what happens. Without any luck. Google drive could not open the .csv file.
What could be the problem here?

I need a list where the school can see %s student has taken %s course. This is possible in stats but I miss some custom fields I created in the user-section (name (not username), class and level, location). That's because now only the usernames are linking to the workshop. It would be great when I can link other fields to the workshop/username as well in stats.
What's also important to have for schools is an overview of those students, who hasn't take any course yet. It would be great when this is visible in anyway. Now it's a lot of work figuring out.
The very best would be an overview including students/users + some custom fields (!) + taken courses. Great with filter-options. The school has more than 800 students, that's why.... :-)
Best regards from the Netherlands,
Alice

Update: manage problem solved.
So there's only the subscribe only for 1 free offlline course per student. After taking the course, the buttons of all other courses should be hidden.
It isn't solved but I created an other page with all the courses..which is fine for me.
Maybe you know a setting like this: So if students subscribe to a free offline course, the 'take the workshop buttons' of other courses will be hidden for this student?
