When you see that (check the red arrows: https://prnt.sc/12ihirt) it seems to be a bug.
Assigning a user the parent role is manual? If the user creates his account on the platform, should he contact an administrator to assign him as a father before he can claim his child?

In addition to the quiz problem, the same thing happened in the quiz description. It was not saved because part of the text has this: For each question you can validate the answer by clicking on the "Check Answer" button. The quotes around Check Answer

You need to check this issue. This is an autosave issue. I'm getting the same issue with the "Explain the correct answer" in a quiz. About 6 hours ago I create a quiz with "Explain the correct answer". Now I;m editing but there is no content in this field: https://prnt.sc/12j0nxm
In 15 questions there are 6 more or less that is not saved and I have to rewrite the content. Don't ask me to send you the quiz please, I create 2 quizzes and I get the same issue in both.
This bothers a lot
