Thanks for the response.
You have suggested me to try Demo Switcher: I don't want to use this because,
1.) it does not work as intended
2.) it messes up the whole site
I just want the Home Page of Demo 12 and nothing else. That is why I had asked for the PageBuilder Homepage codes.
Pls see if this is possible!

I have tried the plugin suggested by you before, and I have found it wanting on several aspects (I have also posted about this here). That's why I have shifted to a paid plugin.
Pls have a look and suggest on how to add shortcode.

I understand from your message that conflicts are not due to js files, but caused by css files.

With WPLMS 3.7 all these plugins were working. Now, after the update, you mean to say none of the plugins will work? You have deactivated almost all the plugins.
I notice the Start Course is working, but, my site is messed up after this update.
ALSO: The New Course Template LOOKS HORRIBLE. Especially in the mobile view.
