I seriously advise you to log into our website rather then suggesting what works on your end. CSV file I sent earlier has the user IDs that have been added long time ago.
Please tell me why its not working on our website.

If you go in Dashboard -> Profiles , I've bunch of certificates there. You can check out the ' Courage Inclusive Leadership in Action- Honeywell' certificate.
When you print it, it's just everywhere. Printed document is not sharp at all.

<span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;">We are using a script that takes screenhost of the html generated and if the image size is too large then the script does not waits to load the certificate and takes screenshots as it is resulting in blank certificate</span>
We tested this without any background image and just shortcode. Its still blank when you print it.

All the plugins and themes are now updated, I still don't see 'mark complete' button anywhere on unit pages.
my mentor: Drive your career course is an online course yet I don't see 'mark complete' button in units.
