The new install is a completely fresh one and we used sample courses to populate the data. For now we try to create an export file on lms-sttings-import/export-download from installed sample course, yet the system just hangs on, without creating an export file. We do have a link for a created file and can see that at least the name of the exported and imported csv files are the same - they both start as export_course_ Can it be that the folders are reading or writing protected and if so, which folder? May be we can manually upload the csv? if so where to?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Hello, we try to import course into a new install. We tried our course and even your sample course from https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bulk-importexport-wplms-via-csv/ and the system in LMS->settings->Import/Export says Import Complete in Import function but then neither your sample course nor our course is listed in list of courses, not as published and not in drafts. They are simply not there. How this can be fixed? Regards,

Hey there,

Hello,
Additional question: there is probably a contradiction in databases - since of install of batches plugin we can not add lessons neither in FrontEnd VibeBP nor in BackEnd in LMS. In BackEnd the system does not see the lesson to add, while in FrontEnd it adds the lesson but when we go to final Publish green button to save the Curriculum a notification pops-up "Server offline! We saved the data and we will retry once connection resumes". We've checked with the server, they say it operates properly, but they do see an error coming from a plugin. Could you pls check whether Batches contradicts with other plugins to produce this error? Thanks in advance,
