    And if you cant replicate something on Chrome its normal cause i use safari, are not same browser.

    I am using Safari and not Chrome, first buy a mac and use it on mac because there is a huge market also. So All the Above issues are visible on Safari yet not vissible in Chrome. I will state them again: There are no WIDGETS in WIDGET area in Customiser on the page we spoked above There is a redirect with // on link it is also described and even showed in the video i made above. I am not using cache as I always have it disabled as a developer mode from safari. I have cleared all cache and this is a new install. Why my frustation? Because all your tests proved me wrong, while I can repeat this here every day on my Safari.  If you read my posts from first carefully You will see i toke time to explain it all the best i could. In the next few i also added a video, showing what I see in Safari, and how is in chrome. I see what you people did was just NOT reading my issue and focusing on another issue.   If a customer specify SAFARI!!! DONT TELL ME YOU TESTED IT IN CHROME? Got my point?   Thank you. Cosmin

    We run the automatic updater. Simply your answer again is not resolving anything. And to be honest you did not get the idea and the point. We prolongued our support for this issue specially, and now you tell me you cannot replicate this. We cannot find ANY widgets either in CUSTOMISER setup as for the steps of your colleague. I do not know what i stopping you to login to our site, and do some debug there, since we are fucked literally and we cannot launch our site with a fully bugged theme! Simple as that this theme is NOT for us a DEMO theme to debug locally onmy host. In this way I will never launch a site in production. You people have no idea about a ROOT CAUSE, about investigating a issue or tracking it in any way. If you spent so much work to make new modules, you should have a debug option to use and to track all changes occur durring a theme update. we are using the same child theme for over a year. I am administering many other wordpress sites and have over 8 years experience with it. That is why we have in place a child theme.   Like I said we have more issues, you people do not read, do not see and do not listen. Surely you wont ever be possible thinking this will lead somewhere prosperous for long. Your quality provided and your deeds for each customer will return and hunt you down. This is pure stealing peoples money for some services in reality you never provide. What man will try to replicate ALL SITES of their customers to solve their issues. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE IN MANY MANNERS AND MANY POINTS OF VIEW AND AGAINST ANY COPYWRITE LAWS! So for you people in order to fix the fact that we have a redirect with // in link in SAFARI at least it is so, you promised a compatible theme. Second I do not get ANY WIDGET AREA in CUSTOMISER STEPS FROM THE ABOVE PROVIDED IMAGE. Third, if you consider your answers, and your approach professional, I will make public all this thread and see what other people think about how you threat customers. And will take the time personally to write a blog about it and add it to my main company website. I will warn people to stay away from this theme. And I will provide options, and will show why I am right and you are wrong.   Ad long as you dont make a change on this site, and we loose more time, you will surely loose more customers. You can full many yet you can't full everyone. Get a serious approach or drop it! I do not have time for this, and especially for your local replications, bullocks have to stop people, seriously.

    So I am just curious how long you will waste my time, your time, and still not provide me with a solution to our issues. Like I said, whole website awaits for this support team to solve the // redirect FOR SAFARI users since its a theme that should work across all browsers or? And not in the end to make sure that the widgets will never be gone when using a child theme, or else is no point in using a child theme at all. Now very curious what your answer will be... Because until now you basically did nothing to prove worthy or a PAID support as the one demanded for me to allow this information exchange. So people without your support are doomed, with your support are doomed twice... I will spread the word around about the quality offered in your themes. :) Thanks again for nothing.

    And by the way, your above steps about going to dashboard page and use customiser just for your information it give a simple white / gray page, nothing more nothing less, not even with visible fields for Widgets. http://prntscr.com/f1zks7

    And WHY on earth would I need to do this every time I update the theme? Is that normal? Still the issue from Safari about the redirect is NOT even tackled I was really expecting you people to Install a Safari and go there and REDO what I just showed you UP in a video, and solve all this Redirect issue, and MAKE SURE in future not all users will get this issue again. Let me tell you how we do this, I will NOTE DOWN ALL issues I do find since this moment on, and I will first write you again a support thread, if nothing is done based on normal conversation, I will make public as a blog post all these issues and will let users see true reality how the support is acting for something they want money, how much they care about  what customers are having for issues. And in the end is best to make the customer look stupid, simply telling him, we cannot replicate this, no bother ask details or try to see hey is this guy stupid, or there is really a issue somewhere.   Indeed people still do not get it that is as any other theme out there built for marketing, a WORKING demo is all you people got, that make you sell what you do sell, and yes, for the experience I had with you and support from vibethemes for wplms simply sucks! This is like I will be speaking with a 15 year old, and he will answer what he likes, when he likes, and yes, still this is a PAID support. Still none of the issues addressed above are solved, or explained why they occurred in first place. Your explains simply are not aplicable, no one changed the theme in any ways, we were just getting ready to go live, now here we are after 1 week keep having this conversation, with someone who completely IGNORES what I WRITE, DOES NOT READ or UNDERSTAND what I said.   Again stay so as until now, I am sure you will get a review accordingly to your work. If no one have issues with these theme, is fine, well I do, and since they are paid support to help, I do not expect someone to reply to me:   Nah is all fine here, try again next time... Ignorant people, thats all. Making money selling attractive products bloated with code they do not even know now how to fix or keep in one place together. You do in a theme, what other people do in a Single Module. Wake up. Just another cheap and easy way to get rich... Sick of such people are at every step, selling nicely designed and good looking websites, what people do not see until they buy it, is the BACK end CODE and QUALITY of CODE, here you people are ZERO. NADA. NULA! And for support, as you say always and showcase OVER 10000 customers, if you reply to all of them same as here and if all issues are solved based on your KB, then you right now should get another job, what you do here, is piss people of, nothing more.

    No this is old post, and we do not update from version 1.8. I never activate or deactivate anything... NO idea what you speak about, all I see is that simply you could had done that already since ITS NOT A NORMAL BEHAVIOUR. AND if you people DO care about improving this product, you should not had waited 2 years since 2015 the time of the post you sent me to do what? You think I got here to do what? Apply your patches and fixes for something we did not even did. AGAIN I do not have ANY idea where you get the point that SOMEONE ACTIVATED or DEATIVATED any theme. Plus we RUN the very same SAFE & SECURE theme as recommended by Wordpress we run a child theme. Your reply is again unfounded, do you people solve issues or hide them behind knowledge base...

    And the fact that the dashboard is now completely white, this is nothing abnormal to you, the supporter for this paid product? And I would like to see a video or PNG from your side, showing me the LINK RIGHT after the LOGIN REDIRECT. I am not SAYING the FINAL address has 2 tags // NO. I never said that, all I say is that first URL after redirect will have two // in it. And will be redirected to the one with 1. Also you can see here in my video, that the issue is NOT only about the URL redirect in place, how much is about the WHITE BLANK PAGE in DASHBOARD. When I am sure that before the update there was a menu and activity displayed here on same page. So to be honest, I do not see the support, or why we as theme purchasers even have to always renew support, when it comes so unprofessional. In this way I start to see what you did here with this product. Too little to late now...
