So the characters that are involved in html codes should be ok?
Alright I can write a function in excel that will help. But I need to know what special characters to screen/scrub for in advance. I mean is it going to include things that would normally be apart of html code or just superscripts/subscripts?
I need an exact list ASAP.
I have over 1000 questions to import. I can't be spending hours checking each question for special characters. There has go to be some work around. And what about a log section for the import so I can at least know what question it stops importing at etc?
Can you please confirm this function still works since the latest updates?
Quick update. Resolved a plugin conflict and was able to get tags and linkage to show in backend again on edit screen. No change with the answer options though. They only show when added manually even if the custom field is populated.

I also noticed the linkage, level, and tags show in the All Questions display but not when editing individual questions.
Alex, I did what you said, and it doesn't fix the issue.
I did that already before doing it through functions.php
If I remove the function, the method you just describe will also disable page builder. But neither method results in a solution to the no-title template no showing any content at all.
I am experiencing this issue in both the backend and front-end editors.
Tried disabling all non-core plugins and still no differences.
Actually I disabled the vibe page builder now in functions.php of the modern theme and am using visual composer. Issue is that the page setting show title does not respond to being on or off and changing the template to no title results in a content-less page. Please advise.
What exactly was the code you provided supposed to accomplish?
are you suggesting an entirely new, clean install of wordpress or just replace/overwrite core wordpress files via ftp?
