Drive-> is not a translation string, its the page title that you provide. So to change this please edit your drive pages from wp-admin->pages, and change the page title accordingly.

3. ADD this custom css in wp-admin->customiser->add custom CSS

Go to Wp-admin -> Header -> Upload Title Background
if a Title background image is set, then it will show that image as the background.
if there is no title background image set, then it will show the default blue image you were asking for.
NOTE: For this to work, the HEADER STYLE must be set to TRANSPARENT in the WP-ADMIN->CUSTOMISER->Header->Header-Style.
