    Hi Veronica, We have changed the setting you told us but it continue resending to the product page when the purchase is completed... This happened when the plugin you told us (autocomplete woocommerce) is activated... How can it be fixed?? Thanks

    Hi Veronica, We have tried to download it from your link but this message appears: "WPLMS CoAuthors Plus No downloadable files found" We have also looked for it in the wp searcher but it doesn't appear... BUT we have found "WPLMS CoAuthor Add-on" in LMS>Setting>Addons ... so we have installed it... but don't see anything change... Could you, please, guide us?? Thank you

    Hi Veronica, The image is not showing fine any place... We have tried and reviewed all the things you have told us here and in another ticket, but the problem still persists... Could you, please, enter in our backoffice and take a look so we can discover if there is any problem? Thank you!

    What do you mean with the "members directory"?? "Users" section in the wp backoffice??
    Hi Veronica! The plugin works perfectly... the problem now is that when the new student finishes the payment, instead of the "thank you page", now appears the "course page" (which we don't want to be shown: https://prnt.sc/7S7qQ6aymxSZ)... Where could we change that redirection?? Thank you in advanced!
    when I say "completed", I mean "processed" (not that the student has finished the course, obviously) ;)

    Hello Veronica, I still see everything exactly the same (see https://prnt.sc/biWENPPBH1dD & https://prnt.sc/rhY6tAmTXTGY)... Alex told me that I had to re-import the emails because we had touched the contact points to try to personalize them and that it didn't really work that way... But I still see the emails exactly as we had them... What I want is to restore the contact points as they were originally so that they work again... If I don't explain myself well, don't hesitate to ask me more...
