Hi! We have been working on notifications and emails thanks to the tutorial that you gave us above ... but we have several questions:
- the version of wplms that we have now is later than that of your video, so I don't see where I can change the email template (colors, fonts, etc)
- When we do test purchases of the courses, an order confirmation message appears in which it says that "it is pending approval by the administrator" (see https://prnt.sc/1wtun8t). Where can we eliminate that intermediate step? We want the purchase and receipt of the email with the welcome and the passwords to be immediate ... On the other hand, even if the administrators "approve" the purchase of the course, no welcome email arrives ... what do we have to do for the emails to arrive? ...
- Going back to the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/1wtun8t), on that order confirmation page there is talk of "subscription" and it is not. It is simply the purchase of a course.
- As an emailmk platform we work with sendinblue ... so we want the data captured in the purchase to be automatically transferred to sendinblue ... how can we integrate it into the purchase process?
