OK - Thank Alex. So, what I understand from this is that the only way to assign a user to a group is by having the user complete a course that has a group associated with it.
I'll test this out. Much appreciated.
Hi,
Sorry - I'm not fully following.
What's the student's experience of this?
They are enrolled in a group once they take a course?
How does this then give them access to a buddy drive that is only available to the users assigned to that group?
Is there any way to sign a user to a group, without them having to take a course, which would then make it possible for them to have access to a buddy drive based on that group assignment?
Thanks!
MK

Respectfully - this doesn't work. Either I'm in the wrong place, or a step was missing.

There's no choose assignment > view assignment option.
What is the way to view and print all of the submissions for a given assignment?
I'm looking for prior posts and tutorials. Sorry - can't find anything yet.
Thanks,
MK

Thanks Alex. We'll give it a whirl right now.
Why did you guys take this feature away, per the prior ticket raised and the advice provided?
If this doesn't work, what's another way we could achieve this affect of having students complete an assignment of answering questions by entering text? I see the quiz question for this, the challenge there is that I don't want to refer to this process as a QUIZ. It's not a quiz, it's an exercise. I could go forward with that alternative approach but only if I can customize the language in the course window so it does say: START QUIZ. Can I customize those things something?
Thanks for all the help! You guys continually rock it!
MK
