I have changed the user role to Administrator.
Please note:
1) I do not want to change the WPLMS 3.X to 4.x as I have app running and in my older support post, it was said (I found it too) that the app do not work with 4.x
2) Please have a look and help to fix. As I have paid course running, I can not make any major change as the operation will be delayed.
3) The assignment matter became very urgent.

hi,
from your clue i have solved it ... there is what i did:
1) added the following line in .htaccess:
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.)
RewriteRule ^(.) - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%1]
2) Wprdpress was overwritting the file again and again
3) to stop it, I have made .htacess permission to 444
NOW IT'S WORKING BUT DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL HAVE OTHER IMPACT. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FTP. THANKS.

during our first post we had 3.x and after your massage we have updated all plugins including to themes to 4.x.
Anyway, we have downgraded it to 3.X and the problem exists. Students can not enroll or join the course. Please HELP, it urgent

I have resolved the problem by other means. Before the problem, I have not added any plugins or CSS. But surely it seems CSS problem.
How it solved:
I have added a youtube embed plugins that resoled the issue. But unable found the root cause.
