The unit comment does not support the editor. The video which you have shared is about the unit comments.
But if you are using helpdesk which supports editor.
Unit comment(post comment) and helpdesk(bb-press) both are diffrent.

This is an issue with zoom web SDK(which we are using from zoom) so we have added two buttons thus users can open meetings in the zoom application.
As the web SDK will update we will update withing zoom plugin also.

If you want to store the recording you can use vibe-zoom with a premium zoom subscription which stores meeting video at zoom server.
