Thank You. No, it is not urgent. I had allready updated theme to 3.9.9 and all plugins. But my clients reported about critical issue: almost every unit in different courses was not loading, there was only text "Security check Failed. Contact Administrator". The problem disappeared only after I canceled the Vibe Course Module update. Therefore, I cannot verify that the issue is resolved after the upgrade. Will anything change in 4.0 about this?

Thank you for your help and sorry for my previous emotions. My students need to prepare for the exam immediately so the stability of the site is important. Your theme is really good. I have the pleasure of working with it when everything works fine :) I'll again ask ask the hoster about the IP address 37.252.11.207. Thank you!

Here is reply of my hoster: "All our shared hosting servers have been using LiteSpeed and MariaDB 10.1 for several years now, so we did not make such changes. In addition, in case of replacement of the main services, which include the WEB server and DBMS, our users are notified in advance about this. As for the speed of your site, as previously written, it is highly dependent on the resource hosted on the server with the IP address 37.252.11.207. At present, this server, apparently, is not overloaded (you can enter 37.252.11.207 in the browser as the site address and get an answer right there) and your dyskurs.net website also opens quickly. But yesterday the server 37.252.11.207 practically did not respond to requests, which also negatively affected the operation of your resource. Since we have no idea which module of your site and why it is trying to communicate with the server 37.252.11.207, we recommended that you contact the developers of your site for advice". Do you know which plugin is trying to connect with 37.252.11.207 ?

Thank You! LightSpeed server with mysql 10.1 is used all the time I use WPLMS. This slow work began last Sunday, with no problems before. What changes have you made? Because the site is running fast at this moment. But I'm worried the error won't come back again.

I don't understand: the site was working fine and now there is a problem with page load speed again. Site Health Status: 2 critical issues The REST API request failed due to an error. Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected. Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received What could be the reason for this? This problem was gone when I wrote the previous comment...

One more reply of my hoster:

We can clearly demonstrate that the site opens for a very long time due to calls to the IP address 37.252.11.207 on the 80th port and timeouts for these calls:

My hoster replied me that this is not server issue. Hoster told me: We see that a considerable amount of time is spent by your website on receiving information from a server having the IP address 37.252.11.207. Please consult the developers of your site about the purpose of these calls to a third-party server and the possibility of changing the site, to exclude requests to external resources. Plugins BadgeOs, BadgeOs community addon, Eventon, Mycred, wplms badgeOs addon, wplms mycred addon were inactive all the time. You have access to the admin panel and ftp and can check it.
