tananuvemParticipantHi Ada, I'm using register new user only by WooCommerce when customer complete subscription. In the past, I opened a topic requesting a way to enroll the new subscribers automatically in all courses and I received the orientation that all content would must be free. So, we are selling subscriptions and one way to provide full access to content for new subscribers is to add free courses to enroll them by default. Otherwise, I would need to add a new subscriber on each course or new subscriber will need to enroll in each the course. The LMS registration form will provide full content access for new users that are not subscribers because all content is free and it can't happens. If you have a suggestion how I can to do with a different way, please let me know! Thank you VandertananuvemParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.tananuvemParticipantHi, I've an update this topic. If new users is configured as Student function, so they have no access. However, if users is configured as Administrator function, has access.tananuvemParticipantHI, I was working to found the cause and I can imagine that can be because user should have clicked on link activation supouselly sent on email. Well, the activation email wasn't sent all new users or some there not send correctly. Now, I need "force" activation. If it is the case (user activation): 1 - How can I activation users via wp-admin? and 2 - I don't remember to activate email validation, but how can I disable it for new users have no this problem in the future? Thank you VandertananuvemParticipantHi Veronica, I changed SMTP service and solved.
