ISSUES FIXED :

1. FIXED : Question Explanation not expanding in In-Course quiz results.
2. FIXED : Course Progress not triggered when first unit is marked complete.
3. FIXED : Spelling mistake in Review activity.
4. FIXED:  Course reset not clearing cached results.
5. FIXED : Translation ready string “Please enter 4 characters” in Course – admin – add user
6. FIXED : Pagination in Assignment results not working when no quiz results are found.
7. FIXED : First user added to course via course – admin -bulk actions not appearing in ajax load.
