I placed a button on the homepage. I want it to function as 2-step opt in. I tried to solve it with a pop up. I configured the pop up according to your tutorial. But when I pasted the shortcode in the pagebuilder the whole page did not load anything anymore. It only works in the normal page editor. How to solve this?

CAn you please share screenshots of the issue ,code if added and shortcode you are using .
