Hi.. Thanks for clarifying the issue. The wplms woocommerce is mainly used for variable pricing. So first you need to create the variable product and not a simple product. Then you need to create attributes of the variable product, and then you can create the variations according to the attributes. Then this button will work, refer: http://prntscr.com/fbjuw8 You will be able to see course options in the variable products which you can set differently for different variations.
