If the course is enabled with batches then course does not even open. it keep loading but never open.

The course page is showing a fatal error from the buddypress plugin on the batch admin i.e. its not able to fetch the group admin .
I noticed that your wplms batches plugin is at 1.2.1 version which is an old version, please update it to the latest 1.6 version.

Please check when you purchased this plugin then you had got a license key with it, add that license key in the lms->settings->addons->wplms batches and activate the plugin.
Then you'll get the plugin update normally.
NO luck on finding the key. Can you please either find in your database or attach it here pls. dont know the developer got the plugin.

Now if you have the license key then please go to wp-admin->lms->settings->addons->wplms batches, and add the license key there and activate the plugin.
Now after activating the plugin you can get the plugin update normally.
Please update the plugin and then check the issue, the issue should be resolved with the update.
