July 11, 2017 at 11:52 am #120473wallstreetjediParticipantGood day! We have faced problem with Woo Subscriptions URL of the website - https://www.wallstreetjedi.com We created subscription according to the Woo and WPLMS docs. When user purchases subscription it gets access to all courses of the website. Created subscriptions as Woo product, connected premium courses to this subscription. When user completes the payment, payment is processed, user tries to click button Take course - instead of starting course, it takes him to cart page and forces to purchase subscription once again. Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks!July 12, 2017 at 1:40 pm #120601Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell actually student is not at all added in course while purchasing . Coz if user is subscribed to course then she will see "Start"/"continue" course label instead of take this course label on that button . CAn you please share url of the course in which this issue is appearing and also your admin credentials to look into this . PS : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .July 12, 2017 at 10:00 pm #120656wallstreetjediParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.July 13, 2017 at 2:52 pm #120804Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.August 2, 2017 at 9:49 pm #123331wallstreetjediParticipanthello, we still have issue with subscription and new premium courses. Paid Subscription is not granting the user access new courses. We are having to manually add the students via the dashboard while they should be added to these new courses automatically. Here is an example of this course - http://wallstreetjedi.com/course/launch-a-website-in-7-days/ - If I push take course - it takes me to cart to purchase subscription once again while I already have it.August 3, 2017 at 3:26 pm #123461Anshuman SahuKeymaster
Well wplms releases course access when the woocommerce order gets completed . If there are new courses then access to these courses will not be released even when the subscription is activate because at that time when user purchased the subscription those courses did not existed .
You would need to add the student manually from course admin.
August 3, 2017 at 7:30 pm #123483wallstreetjediParticipantquestion: will new course will be added to users after they will auto update their subscription? each 30 days?August 4, 2017 at 2:17 pm #123589Anshuman SahuKeymasterYup .it should be.August 4, 2017 at 8:50 pm #123617wallstreetjediParticipantHi Alex, Thanks for the information. You mentioned "You would need to add the student manually from course admin." Is there a way I can add multiple users at once to a course instead of doing so one by one? It would be very painful if I had 5,000 premium users and I needed to manually add each one to a new course I created every time. Please let me know if there is a way.August 5, 2017 at 10:30 am #123683Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell you can search and select multiple users in that search bar to add student in course admin . refer : http://prntscr.com/g4no02 another method is csv import export. refer : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/addingediting-bulk-users-in-a-course/August 6, 2017 at 5:09 am #123760wallstreetjediParticipant
Thanks. However I don't understand one of the instructions for importing a CSV. It says
1.1. In case of adding new users please make sure that user id you are putting in csv file for each user must be unique and is not exists in the site in which you are adding students.Just put a random and unique number in csv file user id cells. Why does it say the user ID must not exist? I want to add existing users from the site to the course like you can on the front end. Is that possible?August 8, 2017 at 12:28 pm #123909Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell that csv file import methods creates new users if that user does not exists in site . you dont need to worry about this . That point said " In case of adding new users " but you want to add existing users then you have to note down the ids of your users and follow the tip further . if you want to add users from front end then see this video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbjjltl5TH -
