When a user login from Default wordpress login page as below:
http://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://www.mysite.com/shop
He should be redirected to <span style="line-height: 1.5;">http://www.mysite.com/shop after login. On my website the users are redirected to course page like: </span>http://www.mysite.com/members/admin/course/
On my website In wplms settings students as well as instructor's login redirect settings are set to "disable".
To explain furthur I am using paid membership pro to hide paid content on my blog posts. non logged in user see a button to login. When they click the button they are sent to wp-login page <span style="line-height: 1.5;">http://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://www.mysite.com/blog/post-title. I want them to return to the same page from the default wordpress login page. I know there is an option in LMS settings for same page redirect but that is not working either. In this case, the users are redirected to course status page like http://www.mywebsite.com/course-status/</span>
Are there any thoughts on solving this issue with wplms?
Any quick fix from support theme?
Have you placed it as an issue in issue log?
If you have disabled the wplms login redirect then wplms does not runs any function on login. This means the redirect can be controlled by other third party plugins .
We are unable to replicate the issue with the same page login redirect.
There was an issue in the same page redirect in previous versions of wplms but this was resolved in the later versions . Please make sure your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest .
Also try resaving the permalinks and deactivating the third party plugins .
