I have two questions.
- How do I make the menu bar stick as the user scrolls down? I have found the option within the WPLMS settings, but it isn't working and remains static.
How do I add a background colour to the page builder CSS? I'd like to separate longer pages with alternating colour backgrounds.

Can you share the url of your page for menu issue . YOu can try change the header settings to fixed in wplms -> header . FOr the background please provide a unique id or class to your container . and then add background property in the css . refer : http://prntscr.com/9bcy5e
