    I followed the tutorial directions in the tips and tricks but the popup doesn't load with the page the short code is placed on.   Can you help

    Popups are working fine at our end ,Can you please share screenshot of where issue is appearing in the popups? Please try adding this popup shortcode [popup id=" your newly creted popup id " auto="1" classes="default"] [/popup] Add this shortcode manually in the text mode of the editor . If above does not works then please check for js errors in your site :  Refer :  https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors Also try deactivating the third party plugins . Please let us know if this helps.
