December 14, 2015 at 7:41 am #13765vunooSpectatorI just updated to wp 4.4 and all was ok until I updated the EventOn plugin, then I was not able to access the admin panel. At the same time I was attempting to update the Akismet plugin so wasn't sure if that had anything to do with it. I ended up deleting the Akismet plugin via ftp and was able to access the Dashboard of the admin panel however nothing else. Once I deleted the EventON plugin via ftp I was able to access all the admin panel again. Are there updates coming soon to help compatibility with WP 4.4? Normally I wouldn't updated WP until a theme comes out with updates however the hosting company was saying my sites where being attacked so had to push the update forward.December 15, 2015 at 3:12 am #13892vunooSpectatorAlso does this work with <span style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; font-style: italic; line-height: normal;">Apache/2.2.24</span>December 15, 2015 at 1:52 pm #14000Anshuman SahuKeymasterHow are you updating the eventon plugin? We are unable to replicate the issue . We need your site admin credentials ,site url and a valid ftp credentials to debug this . Ps: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .December 22, 2015 at 7:21 am #15058vunooSpectatorHi, It is installed on http://piunited.com/course/ Username: vibethemes password: 6CK@M0njzLksqinvMW2z249Z I am having a number of issues at the moment. For example I am unable to update the plugins. New orders are coming through with w cancellation email and I can't approve orders by clicking on the tick I have to open the order. When I update the theme it is normally via ftp connection. feel free to call me on skype with username: skype_ndcDecember 23, 2015 at 12:28 pm #15327Anshuman SahuKeymasterI checked your site . Please note that the 500 errors are the server errors. To update please goto wp-admin -> updates . Click on that check again many times till you get all updates available. Pleas ealso note taht you have deactivated the eventon plugin but you left the wplms eventon plugin activated and this is causing the issues in your site . Please note that whenever you deactivate the eventon plugin ,please first deactivate the wplms eventon addon plugin to avoid the further issues . same goes for the other plugin that have a wplms addon .December 27, 2015 at 5:01 am #15683vunooSpectatorEvent on is the issue. Whenever it is activated it crashes the site. I have updates all the plugins it will allow to update. Visual composer doesn't update and nor does WPLMS Events. So with all updates done I still have the same issue. People cannot do the course as it just loops, new orders come through however and automatically cancelled so customers are getting upset as they get a cancellation email. This theme isn't working anymore and I haven't changed the server it is on, all I did was update.December 28, 2015 at 11:12 am #15830Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease increase your php configuration (contact webhost) . this is our test site configuration : WP Memory Limit: 128 MB WP Max Upload Size: 64 MB PHP Post Max Size: 64 MB PHP Time Limit: 300 PHP Max Input Vars: 1000 Please refer the screenshot : http://prntscr.com/9je15i You server is returning 500 error on the course status page (contact webhost) . Also please do not activate the wplms eventon plugin until you have eventon plugin activated . wplms eventon plugin is an addon plugin which depends on the main plugin . Also please deactivate the wplms eventon addon plugin first then the eventon plugin other wise ti will cause errors in your site .December 28, 2015 at 11:17 am #15832Anshuman SahuKeymasterthe order cancellations are due to the payment gateway and the woocommerce integration ,please contact woocommerce or the payment gateway plugin support for this .January 7, 2016 at 4:52 am #17068vunooSpectatorI have made a fresh install on a new server/hosting company. It appears the old hosting company had done some funing things with the account causing issues with the theme and wp install. I have it install on a new server and it is working fine. The only thing I can't get working is the login button in the top right corner. Is that a Woo commerce login button or BBpress? Also. How can I see all the certificate codes that have been generated. What table are they stored on in the database and is it viewable via the admin panel or do I have to go to phpmyadmin.January 7, 2016 at 1:01 pm #17204Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. The top right login link and widget is the wplms login widget . refer : http://prntscr.com/9n4s82 2. There is a certificate code shortcode for the certificates that you can use in the certificates . This can viewed bu the user itself when she goes to her profile and click certificate then the code is generated for her . refer : http://prntscr.com/9n4tk4 they are not saved in the database anywhere ,the course code is broken down to check if it is valid .
