    The student goes to the screen to view their certificate, clicks on the link, the popup shows the certificate but there are not buttons:   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iFCbH4ULdU6Ba59jvE5Z7IIUxoHla0Uq/view?usp=drivesdk   HELP!

    Hi, Firstly you have created the topic in the issue log forum, this is not our support forum and therefore we do not check these forum on a daily basis. So please create topics only in the support forums, refer: http://prntscr.com/hquznz I am moving this topic to how-to support forum. ---------------- This can happen if you have not set the height and width of the certificate. So please edit the certificate template and check the settings and make sure you have set appropriate height and width of the certificate. Also enable the print and pdf button from the settings.
