    Hi. I would like to set multiple start dates in a course and could asiggn a concrete date for a student or a group or student.

    This is covered in Course Batches addon. You can connect, multiple Student groups (called Batch) with a Course. Each Batch has its own start date/Instructor/moderators/Number of seats etc.
