Translation Update Issues

Hi, Having some trouble to update language files after theme/plugin updates. Using Loco Translate (cant find a newly updated codestyling version). Running on Modern Theme. Opening Modern Theme sv_se.po file in Loco, I se only 528 strings. If i sync, some newly added string from version 1.1 is available. However not all of theme. If I open the en_us.po file in Poedit I see 1827 strings, and newly added strings from 1.1. But I´m not even able to update the sv_se.po file in Poedit. Have tried "Catalog - Update from POT-file.." but doesn´t work. The source file in loco is xx_XX.po, but it´s empty. Not able to change source file to en_US.po Do you have any ideas on how to solve this?
