I just completed my website by using your WPLMS theme. And now when any students is getting registered, they get a message " ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT - <span style="color: #313b3d; font-family: 'Open Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">You have successfully created your account! To begin using this site you will need to activate your account via the email we have just sent to your address.</span>" but they are not receiving any mail from my website nor from wordpress. Please help me to solve the problem in urgent.Hi, 1. Make sure that the activation email is present in Emails in wp-admin. Go to wp-admin>Emails and check the activation mail there. Refer : http://prntscr.com/j6rkkd 2. Make sure that you are receiving mail on forgot password of wp-admin. This mail is sent by wordpress on forgot password. If you are not receiving this mail then kindly contact your server. If problem still persists then please share your wp-admin credentials with site url in private reply.Hi, I check all the theme related things like plugin etc. All are fine and updated.
