Urgent custom plugin mod for WPLMS required.

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for custom mods so admin/mods, pleade do point out if this post is not supposed to be here. I have wplms installed and I need urgent modifications for trainers course creation on offline courses and a customized reporting for admin.
