December 24, 2015 at 5:26 pm #15504elliebludigitalSpectatorHi, Can you send me the links to the recent plugin updates for WPLMS. The new plugin versions are not displaying in WordPress Updates. I have been dealing with this issues for months now, new plugin versions do NOT show up in my WP dashboard. Is there a fix for this issue?

LatiyanParticipantIf new updates are not showing in your wp dashboard, then try to click on check again button. It will force wordpress to check for updates. Please refer: http://prntscr.com/9ioe2gDecember 26, 2015 at 2:06 pm #15650elliebludigitalSpectatorHi H.K, Thank you for the help! I tried forcing the updates by clicking "check again" in the past and I still didn't get any new updates. I also tried disabling all plugins and updating the theme, still having the same issue.December 28, 2015 at 8:13 am #15782H.K. LatiyanParticipantFirst use the tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ And update your theme even if it is updated, still update it. Then in your wp-content->plugins folder delete the plugins that you want to update. Then go to wp-content->themes->wplms->plugins and unzip the plugins that you want to update and paste them to wp-content->plugins folder.December 28, 2015 at 1:49 pm #15868elliebludigitalSpectatorHi H.K., Thank you for the tips again! I have tried both of those options before, and the plugins still won't update. If I delete a WPLMS plugin and reinstall it from the "Appearance > Install Plugins" section, it reverts back to the same previous version I just deleted.December 29, 2015 at 8:49 am #16002H.K. Please refer : http://prntscr.com/9kkqd4 Please try deactivating third party plugin and then check updates .December 31, 2015 at 11:18 am #16277elliebludigitalSpectatorHi, I confirmed and tried the SFTP credentials I sent you, everything works good on my end when using FileZilla. I am access the server. Just deactivated all third-party plugins and I am still NOT getting any new plugin updates. These plugins do not "deactivate" when prompt to, the only way to disable it is by changing the file name in SFTP:- BuddyPress

- Vibe Course Module
- Vibe Custom Types
January 4, 2016 at 12:35 pm #16557Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell i am still not able to login with those ftp credentials . Please refer : http://prntscr.com/9lxqa7 Now the only options left to update the plugins is by deactivate them, delete them and then install the plugin by uploading the zip . But to deactivate the vibe course module front end and customtypes we need to deactivate the theme and doing this will reset(remove) all the widgets in student and instrcutor dashboards and also the menus . Or you can share a valid ftp credentials .January 6, 2016 at 6:43 pm #17027elliebludigitalSpectatorHi, Sorry for the late reply, I have been away on business.
