Multiple Groups per Course

Hi! Was wondering if there is an option (if not, it could be a great feature) to set multiple groups inside a course. This could be very useful the way our business model works: Each course has the same instructor, but there are "counselors" that will grade, support and moderate a fixed number of participants within the same course, instead of having to create "x" number of copies of the same course with different "instructors".
