    After purchasing a course, the units don't unlock even though there was a successful transaction that shows under orders. It makes no sense. The course appears in the student's dashboard, but it can't be accessed. Please help. I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting already.

    @jd8727, Are you using woocommerce autocomplete orders plugin or completing the orders manually?

    Hi Diana, Thank you for your reply. I discovered that if I removed the option to make the first unit free, then it works just fine. I'm not sure why that option would cause such a glitch, but I just won't use it.
