    When a student take a course, there is "Mark this unit complete" on the buttom, which I need to get rid off.

    @saadrida, Go to wp-admin > LMS > Settings > General Settings > Check this check box > save  and the unit will be automatically marked complete refer: http://prntscr.com/ksywo1 And the mark unit complete button will be removed
