October 7, 2015 at 2:06 am #1760iguanaacademySpectatorHi, this is Micalah from Iguana Art Academy. I would like to know where and how to edit the text below the homepage slider (see attached image). I was working in the backend of our homepage and accidentally dragged and copied one column into another. When I cleared the column and re-uploaded the correct image it now displays extremely small on the homepage. I have checked multiple places and can't find where to make the image appear bigger. The original image is 1100x76 so it should have no problem displaying at full size.Any ideas on what the problem is? Thank you, MicalahOctober 7, 2015 at 1:20 pm #1876sandyMemberCan you please share the image again. Try sharing it with http://prntscr.comOctober 7, 2015 at 4:57 pm #1907iguanaacademySpectatorHere you go: http://prntscr.com/8osiitOctober 8, 2015 at 5:48 am #1956sandyMemberYou will need to edit the content using page builder. 1. Go to WP Admin->Pages->Homepage 2. Scroll down to the page builder 3. Edit the block and change the text Let us know if this helps.October 8, 2015 at 3:35 pm #2067iguanaacademySpectatorhello, I have already tried to fix the problem through the page builder (WP Admin>Pages>Homepage) with no success. The two lines of text is actually a picture and i am running into the same problem in another area of the home page. The uploaded image is displaying extremely small and i can't find a way to enlarge it. In the page builder i can drag the corner of the image to make it bigger but that doesn't affect the size it displays on the home page. Would it help if I sent access to to our WP Admin back end privately? And if so how can i do that? thank you, MicalahOctober 8, 2015 at 8:03 pm #2086iguanaacademySpectatorHere is a screenshot explaining the problem: Homepage view: http://prntscr.com/8p826b PageBuilder view: http://prntscr.com/8p86kc Please provide specific step-by-step solution. We're already in PageBuilder, as you can see, and images are sized at 100%, but become small once page is saved, updated. What are we doing wrong, or what setting is causing this? Thanks!October 9, 2015 at 6:39 am #2116sandyMemberCan you please let us know the exact(actual) size of image you are embedding. Make sure the image is not too small. Also if you could share the home page url for us to check.
