January 11, 2016 at 7:26 am #17784annaliviaSpectatorUp until about a month ago this was ok. When you get quiz results you do not see the questions only the answers. Screenshot attached.January 12, 2016 at 10:24 am #18026H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease give us more details on how you are creating the questions. The questions must be in content section, then only they are fetched.January 12, 2016 at 11:13 am #18047annaliviaSpectatorI don't know what you mean "in content section" Questions can be seen ok when doing a quiz but not in the results. This was working ok.January 13, 2016 at 6:01 am #18157H.K. LatiyanParticipantI was taking about the title and content area, refer: http://prntscr.com/9pgrzi Please check all your settings, if all your settings are ok then please share the site url and admin credentials with us to check the problem at your end. PS: Please mark your message as private while sharing the admin credentials.January 13, 2016 at 8:48 am #18185annaliviaSpectatorYes. That is where all questions are written. When doing quiz it is all good. It is just looking at the results that the questions aren't there. What settings can I check? I don't really want to give out admin credentials at the moment so any settings recommendations to check would be appreciated, thanks.January 14, 2016 at 7:59 am #18352H.K. LatiyanParticipantWhen you write a title it is for reference and the actual question is written in the content. Please refer this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k342Fu_opiA this shows how to make a proper quiz from front end, the settings are same as that of backend. You can campare from this video. If this doesn't help then try deactivating the third party plugins.January 19, 2016 at 8:47 am #19180annaliviaSpectatorThanks. So after playing around with de-activating 3rd party plugins I have found the problem to be Groups Plugin -Version 1.9.1 Groups provides group-based user membership management, group-based capabilities and content access control When this is de-activated everything works fine. Which isn't great because I need it. I can't just de-activate it. Maybe some settings in the plugin groups can be changed. Or any other suggestions?January 19, 2016 at 11:02 am #19217H.K. LatiyanParticipantWe don't know about the settings of this plugin. Please contact the plugin author for this.January 19, 2016 at 11:59 pm #19285annaliviaSpectatorok. I use that plugin to sell access to courses along with woocommerce groups. I assume I will be able to do that with WPLMS WooCommerce plugin? Is that correct? It should work even better due to the fact it is WPLMS product. I am happy to purchase that plugin if you can guarantee that I won't have any of the issues I am having with the groups plugin.January 20, 2016 at 5:50 am #19324MrVibeKeymaster@annaliva : Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Since the question "content" is missing from the quiz results. I suspect the questions you've created are somehow connected to a "groups" membership setting, which is why the content part is missing in the quiz results. Can you please confirm this .January 20, 2016 at 6:56 am #19350annaliviaSpectator@Mr.Vibe . I know what you are saying but I don't think that is the issue. I have made test quizzes with no access restrictions on the quiz or the questions with the same result. ie : questions not appearing in the results.January 20, 2016 at 7:36 am #19372MrVibeKeymasterThe questions are appearing in the results. Its the question content or "text" which is missing. In the screenshot, we get the question correct answer which is saved in question settings, we get the saved answer which is also saved in question comments. The only part missing is the question text, which is why I suspect that some plugin is overriding it. The text displayed of all posts/pages/questions/quizzes/courses are under a global filter the_content , this filter is used by all the membership plugins to restrict access to content, which is why I suspect some plugin overriding the content. For further inspection, I would need the WP admin credentials to check the issue. You can create a temporary user give the admin access and delete the user once the issue is resolved.January 20, 2016 at 7:46 am #19377annaliviaSpectatorOk, thanks.
