Since it is huge theme, it is a little pain in editing. I know its not your fault but I need help if you could please. I have tried importing Demo 2 several times but its not happening. Its not giving me slider the way it is in Demo 2. At last I tried editing my self. Created slider in Slider Revolution and added with the help of WP bakery but it is not showing behind header menu. I want to make header menu transparent and slider in background like Demo 2. Can you please help me what should I do to achieve it? Really appreciate your urgent response. I have visited your site and find that the default home page of demo 9 is not showing because you have made your custom home page. and default slider is not working because the theme is not installed properly that is why you are having trouble with this. I have downloaded slider again and imported on you website. it is working smooth and fine. Just because you have selected transparent header style and the background is white so it dissolve with that and you are not able to check the effects. if you want to slide up, slider behind the header we can fix it with the custom css codes. please let us know for any further assistance. This is reaching at a frustrations level. There is very simple thing that I need to run video in slider with transparent background which I am unable to achieve because of some problem in theme. I am doing all right settings and its not showing up. Right now even the slider on the home page is not showing up. Second thing, the certificate is not working correctly. I have gone through all possible forum topics regarding Certificate and gone through all recommendations over there but that doesn't solve problem. I am unable to see certificate properly to edit that according to my requirements. These are two issues and I will highly appreciate if you could please help me solving this today. I checked your settings and have fixed a lot of issues in your site. Two critical settings were missing. in WP Admin - WPLMS - Course manager- Course status page was missing - Impact online courses would not work.
Edit course page was missing , impact : Front end course creator would not work
One critical setting in BuddyPress was missing :
- Members directory page was missing - impact personal profiles would not work.
