Integration Problem with Plugin

Hello, I recently buy "Youzer" Plugin (it's for buddypress activity, check this URL https://bit.ly/2PMV27H), and it isn't working only the WPMLS theme. I have to use this plugin for business, so I request to Youzer about this, but they send me like this. "Thank you for purchasing our plugin ! Actually we are working with the WPLMS Theme Team On the integration we already sent them our plugin and we are waiting there response ^^ If you can mention the problem in their ticket system in case they solved it and forgot to tell us about that. we will also contact them again today to see how the progress is going on." So Could you help me solve the integration problem? Actually my license in WPLMS already expired so I buy the license again because of this.
