    Hi there, No matter how many times I have tried so far, I haven't been able to make the import of questions work. I have watched all tutorials and did whatever is said. I cannot even import your sample export files. When I click on import, the page refreshes with the import area turning into a grey small box; and when I check the questions, I notice no change. Is there something wrong with my wordpress or wplms configuration. I need urgent help on the issue since I have thousands of qquestions to be imported. Only then will I be able to proceed to create courses and quizzes. I can provide you with the access credentials.   Thanks in advance Tumer

    It seems that your server resources were exhausted while you were trying to import your thousands of question . I would recommend you to break the csv files upto bunch of 100 questions in each file and then try import . Please contact your webhost to increase the post max size ,upload max file size ,php memory limit parameters also .

    You got it wrong. I tried to import only one question. I get the error with only one question. Even when I try to import your sample question file, the area turns grey and nothşng happens.

    Can you please share your server php error log ?

    As I see over the Cpanel Errors, there are no logs. Shall I give you the cpanel credentials so that you can have a look?

    Please refer this link : http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs There should be php error log file in your root directory of the site.

    I am still struggling with the issue. This is the only reason I have asked for a refund. But if I can overcome this issue, WPLMS is a great component, and I will cancel the refund request. So, I would, for the last time, ask you to get my domains access information, and try to figure out what the problem is. I have tried everything, even other import export plugins, but nothing worked.     Please clarify what is not working correctly ? I tested and the import export is working as expected. Please refer this video : http://www.screencast.com/t/UF2Sm9pWyQYf Following test was conducted which confirmed that the import/export is working flawlessly on your site.
    1. I created a new question : Test
    2. From WP Admin - LMS - Settings - Export, downloaded the last published question, which was the same question I created "Test"
    3. I imported the same file in Import section. To confirm if import is working correctly.
    4. Import was complete and I was able to duplicate the question "Test".
