    Hello, Is it possible to allow admins and managers to view user's certificates? In our situation, it is important that our managers ensure that all certifications for their employees are completed and up to date. Is there a way for them to check this? Thanks!

    hey, Ye it is possible. admin has the all-privileges. and also instructor can see the earned certificate of a user in his/her profile. Refer: http://prntscr.com/m9x2op

    Okay, this is perfect... thank you! One problem: It displays the name of the user viewing the certificate rather than the name of the certificate owner. Obviously a bug. Is there a fix for this? Thanks, Mike

    Hey, No it cant be, because we are using html canvas. once certificate is generated we store it as an image in media library. next time when you will check the certificate it will show the saved certificate image of media library. but still i have checked as you mentioned above by changing my role from admin to student but i did not find an issue here.     Hey, I think you have made customised codes in your website. I think there is something compelling to change our original code's normal flow. please check your codes for certificate snapshot in /wp-content/themes/wplms/includes/bp-custom.php. Refer: http://prntscr.com/mb105u

    Hi Logan, Thanks for investigating. I checked that file, and the line you referred to in the screenshot has not changed: https://i.imgur.com/3AbKefu.png Although there have been some customizations, they have mostly pertained to the gradebook. Any other ideas?
